My new gym - Bear is great! Focused on my meal plan and staying active. The classes are diverse and intense. Worth the price per month. Excited to see my results in a month.

Bear is a great trainer and just an overall easy person to do business with. He is flexible, encouraging, and has a plan to get you more fit and healthy. I feel a lot better working under him and honestly believe I'll achieve my fitness goals working with him. The gym pretty much has everything you'd want, and he constantly changes things up to get a more diverse, quality workout. I honestly couldn't be more pleased with my decision to work with him.

Love this gym! It’s conveniently located, and the small class sizes are great for all fitness levels. Bear is a great trainer, very polite (as he’s whipping you into shape), and always in a positive mood. He personalizes a plan for each client, takes time and pays attention to each individual while maintaining a fun atmosphere in his classes. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get started on their fitness goals, as well as more seasoned individuals looking to shake up their workout routine. My personal favorite is the strength class!
