SOS Fitness is a community driven fitness studio that empowers its members and surrounding community. We take a three-prong approach to fitness, understanding that the mind, body, and spirit must work together to paint a complete picture of health. Our exclusive studio and certified instructors provide the best atmosphere for that to happen.

We offer a unique experience with workouts that combines circuit training, weightlifting and athletic movements in creative ways. Every drill is scalable to suit all levels of ability.

SOS stands for “So Simple”, it speaks too how we often over-complicate our goals with excuses . Where there is an obstacle, we see opportunity. Its a mental shift from being excuse driven to solution driven. Its about acknowledging the adversity and finding a way to accomplish your goals regardless. Don’t be a “trybaby”, do or do not.
